KUKKIWON Certification

For members who wish to obtain an internationally recognized certificate in addition to their existing Dan/ Poom certificates, application can be submitted for KUKKIWON certificate at reduced rates as below: -

1st Dan/ Poom RM105.00

2nd Dan/ Poom RM130.00

The requirements are as follows: -

1) Registered Black-Belt/ Poom belts with Taekwondo Malaysia (TM);

2) A copy of the duly completed application form with the relevant application fees; and

3) 1-pc of color photograph.

A sample of the KUKKIWON Cert is as attached as above.

Note: KUKKIWON is the World Taekwondo Headquarters based in Seoul, Korea.

2011 Black Belt Registration with Taekwondo Malaysia (TM)

For all existing black-belts, kindly prepare the following in order to register with Taekwondo Malaysia (TM) for the conversion of your existing Dan/Poom certificates: -

1) Duly completed TM Black Belts Registration Form for 2011;

2) A copy of your latest Dan/Poom certificates; and

3) A copy of your IC for conversion from Poom to Dan (Above 15 years old).

Kindly submit the above latest by 5 March 2011 for our further action together with an application fees of RM15/-
